He comes from Daejeon Hana Citizen, a South Korean club. Cho Yu-min will replace Greek defender Kostas Manolas, whom the club had previously parted ways with after a season and a half of defending the team&#8217;s colors.<\/p>\n<p>The player arrived in the Emirate of Sharjah last Tuesday and underwent a medical examination, which he passed successfully under the supervision of the club&#8217;s medical team, before officially completing the signing procedures on Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n<p>Born on November 17, 1996, Cho Yu-min is considered one of the top defenders in the Korean league. He is adept at playing both as a right-back and a central midfielder. Since turning professional in 2018, he has participated in 166 matches in the Korean league, scoring 17 goals.<\/p>\n<p>On the international front, the South Korean has 16 caps, including participation in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, where he played in one match.
