The Croatian defender arrived in Sharjah Thursday morning after completing negotiations with the football company and undergoing a medical examination, which he passed, before completing the procedures for signing and registering on the team list before closing contracting.
The young defender is seen as one of the most prominent talents in the Croatian League, as he masters centre-back and right-back positions in playing. He participated in 16 matches in the Croatian League the previous season and in six matches in the current season, which is still in its first weeks.
The player began his football career with his hometown team, HNK Rijeka, before moving to Dinamo Zagreb in 2019 after attracting attention at a young age. He continued with the team until he was seconded last season to NK Bravo, before returning to Dinamo Zagreb and moving from there to the Sharjah.
